WorkNest is on an exciting journey of growth, and as part of that journey, we’re recruiting for a creative social media and content executive to support the IMSM brand, part of the WorkNest family.
As a key part of our central marketing team, you’ll have a strong network of fantastic colleagues working alongside you every step of the way. This role offers a chance to shape the company's brand presence, content strategy, and engagement across multiple platforms while collaborating with a fantastic marketing team. You’ll manage corporate content, social first initiatives, and foster online engagement to ensure they align with our culture, values and commercial vision.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a creative and proactive social media expert to plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand and audience. You’ll monitor channels, respond to comments, and build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
You’ll shape brand messaging, drive on trend posts, and tailor content across multiple products and regions. You’ll also support marketing campaigns, assist with paid ads, and manage customer interactions on social media.
Strong proofreading and editing skills are key to maintaining our brand voice and is clear and impactful. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, distribute company updates, and optimise content for SEO while tracking performance to keep our strategies current and impactful.
About You
You’ll be someone with who has a genuine passion for content creation and social media management. Having worked in a B2B marketing environment you’ll have a portfolio showcasing your published work across different platforms and strong writing and editing skills that adapt to different tones of voice.
You’ll be confident using social media tools and analytics platforms, able to work both independently and collaboratively, and have strong organisational skills. Good expereince of SEO and digital marketing principles will be a big plus.
If you have a certification or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is desirable but what really matters is your passion, creativity, and ability to bring ideas to life.
