What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical accountant who is either fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or in the later stages of qualification with significant experience in a similar role. You should have at least three years of experience in financial reporting and management accounting, with a strong ability to interpret data and provide valuable insights.
You’ll be someone who takes ownership of financial processes, ensuring accuracy in the P&L and balance sheet through thorough reconciliation and analysis. A natural problem-solver, you’ll enjoy developing and maintaining efficient accounting processes and controls while continuously looking for improvements.
Your ability to support budgeting and forecasting, challenge financial assumptions, and ensure compliance with VAT and P11D returns will be essential. You’ll also be confident in managing audits, processing payroll journals and payments, and supporting business growth by integrating new entities into WorkNest’s financial framework.
We’re looking for someone who can collaborate effectively with non-finance colleagues, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
