The Role
The Business Development Manager is entrusted with the task of proactively reaching out to marketing-generated inquiries and engaged leads, with the aim of optimising revenue generation via phone-based sales of WorkNest products and services. Your role will centre on your capacity to qualify leads resulting from marketing campaigns, using a combination of phone, email, and social communication methods, as well as your B2B experience with senior decision-makers, through outbound sales efforts, and your familiarity with Salesforce CRM. Your contribution will be instrumental in propelling WorkNest toward its aspiration of becoming one of the UK’s leading providers of outsourced Employment Law, HR and Health & Safety services.
About You
- Previous inside sales experience would be ideal
- B2B experience with senior decision makers, via outbound sales initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Organised, methodical and process driven
- IT literacy covering Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
Experience of working in sales or telesales with a proven successful track record, running your own team, territory or sector, with specific experience of ‘getting past the gate keeper’
