Our growth continues with our recent expansion into cyber security through the acquisitions of Pentest and Bulletproof. This is an exciting opportunity to join our People function in a brand-new role. As our HR Advisor, you will be instrumental in supporting our growing People team collaborating closely with our People Business and Talent Partners to facilitate business integrations and uphold our company culture.
Your role will be pivotal in providing expert guidance on HR policies, employment law, and best practices while supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, all while delivering key administrative support to keep our HR operations running smoothly. At WorkNest, your voice and input will be valued as part of our collaborative, forward-thinking team.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is an experienced, proactive professional with a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. You will play a key role in supporting business integrations, ensuring seamless people transitions and providing expert advice and guidance for all our business areas. Additionally, you will support with recruitment efforts to drive business success. You will also contribute to shaping and enhancing our company culture, ensuring it continues to evolve in a positive and engaging way.
You'll provide essential administrative support, including managing documentation, reporting, and key onboarding and employee lifecycle processes. You will support employee relations and engagement initiatives, always looking for ways to improve HR practices and create a great workplace environment.
You will need to be an experienced HR Advisor preferably within in a commercial setting, along with strong organisational and administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels will be essential. A passion for developing company culture and driving positive change is key to success in this role. While a CIPD qualification (or working towards one) would be an advantage, your skills, experience, and enthusiasm are what really matter.
