We’re recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to support with our marketing efforts within the micro business function, with a particular focus on web development, CMS implementation, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and supporting our website transformation project.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to work closely with the Marketing Manager and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing and optimising the company website, ensuring a seamless user experience and top-tier performance. You’ll implement and maintain CMS platforms such as Storyblok or WordPress, and collaborate with developers to enhance the website, troubleshoot issues, and ensure mobile responsiveness.
You will design, execute, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and website performance. Using tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO, you’ll test UX/UI elements, messaging, and CTAs to optimise user experience and drive lead generation.
You’ll leverage marketing automation tools like Pardot to track and nurture leads, and use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate effectively with sales teams to align marketing and sales initiatives, track and analyse digital campaign performance, and provide comprehensive reports to the Marketing Manager.
Your experience in B2B digital marketing, particularly within the technology or professional services sector, along with a proven track record in executing successful B2B campaigns, will be key to your success in this role. Proficiency with marketing automation software (Pardot, HubSpot, or similar) and CMS tools is essential.
