What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Business Change Analyst to work closely with senior leaders, project and programme managers, and cross-functional teams. You’ll play a key role in optimising business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions that enhance operational and system efficiency. Your ability to interpret data, influence stakeholders, and drive change will be essential.
You’ll analyse business processes, gather and document technical and operational requirements, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. Collaborating across the organisation, you’ll lead workshops, present findings, and use your stakeholder management skills to drive consensus on future-state solutions.
Your strong analytical mindset, commercial awareness, and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment will make you a key part of our transformation journey. Experience in business analysis, process optimisation, and commercial modelling, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools, is essential. A business analysis qualification would be a plus.
Our Story
WorkNest is part of a wider GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) division owned by Axiom GRC.
Our plan is to create a £250m revenue business through the Private Equity (PE) cycle; generating >25% CAGR with strong organic initiatives combining with well-executed acquisitions (in both UK and select international regions).
This role will be central to our strategic change programme - designing end state system models, processes and organisation structures, and supporting the business change as we move each unit into the new end state model. Through this programme we'll create a fully integrated best-in-class operational model, driving increased value to both clients and investors. The Senior BA will be work closely with commercial leaders and project managers and will lead our thinking through data-led insights, problem solving and a commercial lens approach.
The role holder will work within our SME division, which currently incorporates WorkNest, IMSM, Bulletproof and Pentest People, as well as number of sub brands acquired at earlier stages.
