About the Role
Care 4 Quality is actively recruiting for a Clinical QCQ Compliance Inspector with adult social care experience. You will have a portfolio of clients in your geographical region as well as cover ad-hoc requests as needed. Your aim is to become a trusted advisor, providing sound and knowledgeable support based on the latest CQC guidance in addition to building strong relationships.
What We Offer
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience), plus £5,000 car allowance per annum

About you
You'll be an experienced CQC Inspector with in-depth knowledge of regulations, guidelines, and standards to ensure compliance in all technical aspects. Skilled in working with adult social care services, including domiciliary care, care homes, and supported living. Adept at using analytical data and evidence to inform risk-based decisions, with clear rationales for action. Proficient in Microsoft Office, meticulous with documentation, and capable of handling clients with empathy while managing challenging situations effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences. Committed to service excellence and improving health and social care environments. Able to travel regularly, work remotely, and manage workloads efficiently. Professional, confident in presentations, and holds a full UK driving license with a personal vehicle (car allowance included). Ideally you'll be a clinically qualified professional with experience in complex care, domiciliary care, supported living, or learning disabilities and autism. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and building relationships at all levels. Well-versed in the CQC judgment framework, enforcement processes, and conducting investigations or supporting services during challenges. Familiarity with customer relationship management software is advantageous, along with knowledge of other regulatory frameworks like CIW and CI.
