Senior Marketing Manager
We're looking for a creative and strategic communicator to help shape our group brand and online presence.
Why join us
Over the next year we will be carrying out a full rebrand to better reflect the future model and strategic aspirations of the group. Our brand will evolve to become a global leader in governance, risk, and compliance services and software.
The GRC Group will be rebranded to become Axiom GRC. This new brand supports a broader transformation - a cohesive brand identity that connects our Group, Enterprise, and SME businesses. The rebrand will involve a new group name and house style, and the amalgamation and sunsetting of a number of our subsidiary brands.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing our group brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. As well as being the brand custodian across the group, you will be responsible for maintaining our group website and social profiles, creating and managing content, sharing news from our portfolio companies, supporting acquisition and expansion comms, and positioning Axiom GRC as a thought leader in the industry.
What We Offer
- Part Time (22.5 hours per week – flexible working arrangements to be discussed)
- Salary: Up to £30,000, (£50,000 FTE) dependent on experience per annum
- Great Benefits
- Remote working with an expectation to travel on occasion.
- A supportive and inclusive work culture
What you’ll be doing
We're looking for a creative and strategic communicator to help shape Axiom’s brand and online presence. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure our messaging is aligned and consistent across all content and communication channels. You'll take the lead in managing and updating our website, crafting engaging blog posts and news articles, and curating compelling content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social platforms. Your creativity will be key in driving social media engagement and strengthening employer branding by showcasing key news and updates. You’ll have the opportunity to secure speaking engagements, podcast features, and other leadership opportunities to enhance our brand’s voice.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be an experienced marketer with at least five years’ experience in content creation or similar roles. You will have a strong background in social media marketing, including platform management, scheduling tools, and analytics. While experience in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) industry is a plus, what truly matters is your ability to work independently, manage multiple projects effectively, and bring a positive, leadership-oriented attitude to the role. Based in the UK or able to work within UK time zones, you’ll be a clear communicator with commercial awareness, exceptional attention to detail, and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
