What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager with experience leading both technical and business integration projects. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of cross-divisional initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes within scope, time, and budget. This includes collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, establishing project governance, managing risks and dependencies, driving change management, and ensuring stakeholder engagement. Providing leadership and coaching to project teams will also be a key aspect of the role.
You’ll have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results in a dynamic commercial environment, and navigating ambiguity. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
You will need significant project management experience in a multi-divisional or complex organisation, strong experience delivering technical and business change projects, and the ability to lead matrix teams while working autonomously. Commercial awareness, a solid understanding of financial and operational impacts, and proficiency in project management tools are also essential. Experience working with acquired businesses or across differing organisational cultures is highly valued, and experience delivering projects with international stakeholders is desirable.
This is a 12-month fixed-term role.
