We’re looking for an Comms Manager to join our People team in a brand-new role, shaping our company culture and driving engaging internal communications. You’ll develop strategies to support transformational change, uniting our diverse teams under a shared vision.
Partnering with senior leaders, you’ll help define the future of internal communications in our SME division, setting routines and rhythms for effective engagement. You’ll also gather and prepare content for regular updates, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
You’ll advise on change communications, coordinating plans for stakeholders and clients while working closely with marketing and operations. If you love storytelling, collaboration, and making an impact, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something big.
What We Offer
- Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 pro rata per annum (depending on experience)
- Part time (30 hours per week)

What we’re looking for
This role is all about creating meaningful connections and ensuring clear, engaging communication during times of change all while keeping messages aligned with our company culture. You’ll develop and deliver compelling communication plans, making sure messages reach the right people in the right way.
You'll help organise business-wide meetings, webinars, and events, manage internal newsletters and intranet updates, and ensure content stays relevant, inclusive, and reflective of our values. Monitoring communication effectiveness will be key to keeping things fresh and impactful.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role, and you’ll work closely with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to align messaging, support change initiatives, and strengthen our shared culture. Strong writing, organisation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with experience in internal communications and change programs in addition to proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
