What we’re looking for

You’ll bring senior leadership experience, a strong grasp of operational delivery, and a proven ability to deliver growth and profitability. You’ll be comfortable owning strategy, leading a large team, and working cross-functionally with colleagues in sales, marketing, and service delivery. You’ll also be passionate about quality and compliance, and confident managing complex operations while ensuring excellent client outcomes.
