What we’re looking for
We're looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Project Accountant to play a key role in leading the successful rollout of NetSuite across multiple business units. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with project managers, finance leads, IT, and external partners to ensure a smooth implementation that aligns with business goals. Acting as a finance subject matter expert, you’ll help define and validate requirements, support change initiatives, and provide vital input on adjacent projects such as CRM integration. You'll take ownership of User Acceptance Testing, overseeing everything from test script development to stakeholder sign-off. Your expertise will also be critical in planning and executing data migration and cutover activities, ensuring accuracy and readiness across finance and non-finance users.
Post-implementation, you'll lead training efforts, support users through the transition, and help embed new processes effectively. With a continuous improvement mindset, you’ll identify system-driven enhancements, maintain clear documentation, and support the refinement of internal controls and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
About You
We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with hands-on experience in leading or supporting NetSuite ERP implementations, or similar finance systems, to join our finance team. You’ll bring a solid understanding of core finance operations including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, reporting, and controls, along with experience managing UAT programmes, documenting processes, and delivering user training. Your strong project management skills, coupled with your ability to engage confidently with stakeholders, will be key to your success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp analytical mindset, and enjoys solving problems, all while working as part of a supportive and inclusive culture, alongside a passionate and collaborative team. You’ll need to be proficient in Excel and familiar with multi-entity or multi-currency environments.
