The Client Experience team is known for its positive and supportive culture, and this was recently reflected in our company-wide survey, where 100% of the team agreed that WorkNest is a great place to work.
What We Offer
- Salary: £24,570 per annum
- Excellent benefits package
- Supportive and Inclusive work culture
- Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
- Mentorship and Rising Star Programmes
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who thrives on creating smooth, positive experiences for others. In this role, you’ll coordinate onboarding activities, manage client communications, and help new clients understand and use our systems effectively. You’ll also take ownership of portal implementation, support internal handovers, and identify ways to improve the onboarding journey.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong communication skills, confidence using technology, and a proactive, quality-driven approach to your work. You'll be comfortable working with multiple teams and balancing competing priorities with ease.
About You
You’ve worked in a client support, onboarding, or customer service environment and enjoy helping others get the best from systems and services. You’re confident using Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new platforms. You’re highly organised, detail-focused, and know how to manage time and expectations calmly.
You’re someone who brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and enjoys working collaboratively across teams. Experience with Salesforce or working in a B2B environment is a plus, but not essential - what matters most is your approach and passion for delivering a brilliant client experience.
