Our group includes experts in Employment Law, HR, Health & Safety, Cybersecurity, ISO, and Compliance – powered by pragmatic advice and cutting-edge technology. Recent acquisitions like Bulletproof, Pentest People, IMSM and Wirehouse have accelerated our growth across UK and global markets, and we’re now aiming for £250m in revenue with >25% CAGR through a mix of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
We’re now looking for an ambitious and commercially minded individual to join the Commercial Team as a Client Manager. In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 300 clients, with a collective contract value of approximately £5 million, each paying up to £5k per annum in fees.

What we’re looking for
You’ll be passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering service that truly makes a difference. As a Client Manager, you'll be at the heart of what we do, connecting with our clients regularly, solving problems before they arise, and making sure renewals happen smoothly and on time.
You’ll become a trusted partner to your clients, spotting opportunities to make their experience even better by recommending additional services that truly add value. Using Salesforce, you’ll stay on top of every interaction and contract milestone, keeping things moving and clients smiling.
Working collaboratively with teams across the business, you’ll ensure our clients always feel heard, supported, and delighted, so they choose to stay with us year after year. You'll help drive business growth too, by responding to inbound enquiries, generating your own upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and leveraging our Stronger Together referrals.
About You
We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in a client-centric role. You’ll have commercial awareness and the ability to manage renewal and new business proposals through successful conclusions. You’ll bring a strong understanding of the WorkNest delivery model and organisation systems and processes, and experience working with Salesforce.
