What we’re looking for
As the Junior Data Analyst, you will play an important role in helping our Sales and Marketing teams succeed by ensuring our CRM data in Salesforce is accurate, consistent, and easy to use. You’ll be responsible for cleaning, standardising, validating, and enriching data so teams can confidently manage leads, report on performance, and convert more opportunities into appointments. By keeping a close eye on data quality and following best practice data hygiene, you’ll help support better decision making and smoother go-to-market activity across the business.
You’ll work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing colleagues to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and formatting issues, ensuring our information is reliable and up to date. You’ll also help standardise key data fields such as company names, job titles, employee numbers, email formats, industry classifications, and account segmentation. Using a range of tools and technologies, you’ll enrich our data to improve campaign performance and ensure all records are accurate, complete, and ready to be used in Salesforce to support a healthy and growing pipeline.
About you
You’ll have some hands-on experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and feel comfortable handling data imports, updates, and validation. You enjoy working with data and have experience cleaning, deduplicating, and standardising large datasets, with a strong eye for detail and a natural ability to spot inconsistencies or accuracy issues. You’ll have a basic understanding of data quality monitoring and reporting, and an interest in tracking key data metrics. Familiarity with data enrichment tools or third-party data sources is a plus, along with an understanding of data governance and best practice data hygiene. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams in addition to contributing to our amazing, supportive culture where curiosity, teamwork, and learning are encouraged.
