What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an Automated Systems Tester to lead the design and implementation of automated testing across our software portfolio. You’ll own the automation strategy, improve test coverage and reliability, and help the team move from manual to scalable, maintainable automated testing. Working closely with developers, product owners, and analysts, you’ll identify risks, prioritise key test areas, and ensure tests provide clear, actionable feedback.
In this role, you’ll design and maintain automation frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and support developers in creating testable code. You’ll also perform targeted manual testing when needed, report on quality trends, and champion best practices to embed a strong quality culture across multiple teams. Agile participation and continuous improvement of testing processes are essential to success.
About you
We’re looking for a talented Automated Systems Tester / QA Automation Engineer to own and elevate our automated testing across multiple applications. You’ll design, implement, and improve frameworks, collaborate confidently with developers and product owners, and balance automation with pragmatic manual testing. Experience in CI/CD integration, API or backend testing, and improving team testing practices is a plus. If you’re independent, detail-oriented, and thrive in Agile environments, you’ll love joining our innovative, collaborative team and contributing to our amazing culture while driving quality across our growing product suite.
