The role
As an Employment Law Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, commercially focused employment law and employee relations advice to a portfolio of clients.
Working within our fixed-fee model, you will be able to focus on providing clear, pragmatic solutions without the constraints of time recording or billing pressures.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing legally sound, practical employment law advice to clients
Building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships
Supporting senior advisors with client meetings and proposals
Managing early conciliation matters and liaising with employee representatives
Delivering client training on employment law topics
Supporting and mentoring paralegals and trainees
About you
This role would suit a newly qualified solicitor or an employment law / employee relations professional with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience.
You will demonstrate:
A strong grounding in employment law and employee relations
The ability to provide clear, pragmatic and commercially aware advice
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A client-focused approach, with a commitment to high standards of service
An interest in working within a fixed-fee, advisory-led environment where success is measured by client outcomes rather than billable hours
