· Collaborative team and supportive culture
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support the delivery of outsourced HR and recruitment services to designated clients.
In this role, you’ll coordinate and deliver a range of HR administration and recruitment activities across the employee lifecycle. This will include supporting recruitment campaigns, administering pre-employment checks, managing employee lifecycle processes, such as onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating induction and probation documentation, preparing contracts and HR letters, producing policies from template documents, maintaining a variety of HR systems, and implementation of our own HR software, and supporting consultants with notetaking for employee relations cases, as well as any other administrative duties.
You will also play an important role in coordinating recruitment campaigns, including managing roles within our applicant tracking system, liaising with clients, scoring of candidates, arranging interviews and regrets, and helping source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn.
Working closely with a team of HR & Recruitment Coordinators, Recruitment Specialist and HR Consultants, you’ll help ensure our clients receive efficient, high quality HR support while maintaining accurate records across our systems.
About you
You’ll have experience working in a generalist HR role with a good understanding of employment practices and basic employment legislation.
Highly organised and detail focused, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering excellent service to both clients and colleagues. You’ll be confident working independently, responding to HR queries, supporting HR processes, and producing documentation such as contracts, policies and employee correspondence.
You’ll also bring strong communication and relationship building skills, allowing you to work effectively with clients, consultants, and colleagues across the business.
Experience using HR software systems, CRM tools or applicant tracking systems would be beneficial, as would experience supporting recruitment campaigns. A CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards one would also be advantageous.
