Commercial Performance Manager (Growth & Cross-Sell)
Are you a commercially driven operator who can turn strategy into delivery?
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of cross-sell performance across the group, ensuring plans don’t just exist, but are executed, tracked, and delivered against clear revenue targets.
This role sits at the core of the business, working across multiple brands to drive collaboration, hold teams accountable, and ensure cross-sell initiatives convert into measurable revenue. You’ll act as the operational engine behind our growth strategy, bringing structure, visibility, and momentum to cross-sell activity in a complex, multi-brand environment.
You’ll combine strong programme and project management skills with a solid commercial understanding of how demand is generated, nurtured, and converted. From campaign tracking and pipeline performance to stakeholder alignment and delivery discipline, you’ll ensure the right activity happens at the right time, and that it delivers results.
Success in this role comes from being able to influence senior stakeholders aligned, challenging constructively where needed, and ensuring commitments translate into outcomes.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a commercially minded, highly organised professional who understands how opportunity is generated across sales and marketing and how effective execution converts that opportunity into revenue through cross-sell.
You’ll bring strong stakeholder management skills, confidently holding teams to account while building positive, collaborative relationships across the business. Operating in a data-led environment, you’ll own the group-wide cross-sell campaign tracker, maintaining a single source of truth across WorkNest and the wider group on campaigns, pipeline, and conversion.
You’ll provide clear, regular reporting to senior leadership on performance, progress against targets, and risks or blockers, ensuring momentum is maintained and issues are escalated constructively when required. You’ll play a key role in embedding delivery discipline and accountability across cross-sell initiatives.
Alongside execution, you’ll support the identification and activation of new cross-sell channels and initiatives, helping to align commercial, marketing, and product teams around clear propositions and go-to-market approaches. You’ll build strong relationships across the group, encourage knowledge sharing, and surface best practice to continuously improve cross-sell performance.
Above all, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can shape how teams work together, embedding openness, shared success, and continuous improvement.
About you
You’ll have proven experience delivering commercial initiatives, such as campaign execution, growth programmes, or commercial project delivery, ideally within a multi-brand or group environment. You’ll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple workstreams in parallel, and confident engaging senior stakeholders, holding them to account through influence rather than direct ownership.
You’re comfortable working with data and can interpret pipeline, conversion, and performance metrics, turning insight into clear, practical action. You’ll be proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, alongside project or marketing tools such as Asana, Monday, or Jira.
Experience in B2B SaaS, compliance, HR tech, or professional services would be advantageous, as would familiarity with cross-sell, referral, or partnership-based revenue models and exposure to PE-backed or high-growth environments.
