What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a commercially minded, highly organised professional who understands how marketing drives lead generation and how to convert opportunity into measurable revenue through effective cross-sell. You’ll bring strong stakeholder management skills, confidently holding teams to account while building positive, collaborative relationships across the business. Comfortable in a data-led environment, you’ll own the cross-sell campaign tracker across WorkNest and the wider group, maintaining a single source of truth on campaigns, pipeline, and conversion, while providing clear, regular reporting to senior leadership on performance, blockers, and progress against targets. You’ll play a key role in ensuring cross-sell commitments are delivered, escalating issues constructively and embedding a culture of accountability and momentum.
Alongside execution, you’ll support the identification and activation of new cross-sell channels and help drive alignment across commercial, marketing, and product teams. You’ll build strong relationships across the business, encourage knowledge sharing, and identify best practice to improve performance. Above all, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can help shape how teams work together, embedding openness, shared success, and continuous improvement.
About you
You’ll have proven experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or commercial project delivery, ideally within a multi-brand or group environment. You’ll be highly organised, able to manage multiple workstreams with ease, and confident in engaging senior stakeholders, holding them to account through influence rather than direct ownership. Comfortable working with data, you can interpret pipeline and conversion metrics and turn them into clear, actionable insights. You’ll also be proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with project or marketing tools like Asana, Monday, or Jira. Experience in B2B SaaS, compliance, HR tech, or professional services, as well as familiarity with cross-sell or partnership models and exposure to private equity-backed or high-growth environments, would be advantageous.
